On the one hand, fermenting wild raspberries is one of the most difficult things this craft has to offer. On the other hand, the high price of the raw material plays an important role here, which gives the distiller a few tense nights.
In contrast to garden raspberries, wild raspberries have a much more pronounced aroma. Unlike the spirit, here the distillate is obtained from 100% berries, which will be evident at the latest when enjoying this product. The result of these efforts is available after several months of maturation: it is strong and close to the palate.
